A well-prepared meal is an excellent way to enhance the experience of a good wine. At the vineyard restaurant at Terreno we aim to give our wines an extra dimension, serving traditional Tuscan dishes with a modern Scandinavian touch.

The careful craftmanship that characterises our wines is also given room in our kitchen, where produce from our own vegetable garden take centre stage. What we don’t have in our garden is sourced from nearby farms. Our menus will therefore vary with what the season in our valley has to offer.


The menu has the rustic Tuscan cuisine as a source of inspiration and follows the seasonal supply of organic ingredients. Focus is on freshly picked and organic vegetables from the family’s garden and from the farms in the surrounding area. And, as everything on the Terreno estate, the menu is blended with a touch of Scandinavian class.
