Bianco di Stella is named after one of our dogs, it is not a coincidence that several of our wines over the years have been named after our dear four-legged friends. It is with the same love that we take care of them, that we make our wines.

Tell us about the idea behind Bianco di Stella.
Bianco di Stella is our first white wine. A similar wine was actually made already when we bought Terreno. Although Chianti Classico is best known for great red wines, there is also a tradition of white wine made from the Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes.
What kind of a wine is Bianco di Stella?
It is a light, fresh, white wine with delicious tones of citrus. A wine for hot Summer days.
How is it best enjoyed?
This is the perfect ‘aperitivo’-wine to serve with Italian finger food. It is also an excellent buffet wine as it is very versatile.
What does it pair with?
Bianco di Stella is delicious with spring vegetables such as, asparagus, peas and new potatoes. We love serving this wine with an asparagus risotto with lots of Pecorino cheese or a salad with new potatoes and pesto.
